Wild Goose Creative to begin search for new Executive Director

Dear friend,

While I will always proudly remain a supporter and fierce advocate for WGC, I will be stepping down as Executive Director of Wild Goose Creative at the end of this month. What an incredible journey it has been for me doing this work alongside you. I am grateful, inspired and my heart is full.

Thank you for helping us build a strong, growing, viable organization with proven impact, robust fundraising opportunities and stakeholders who believe in what we do. Now it’s time for me to pass the baton and watch our mission thrive.

Our wonderful Board President, Gabe Michael Kenney will lead the Executive Director search. I will work with the board and staff to ensure a smooth transition and am confident the organization will continue to serve creatives in Columbus for generations to come.

Throughout this incredible growth, we’re still committed to providing a non-judgemental space for creatives to experiment and build their careers. We believe every person should have equal access to the arts, and we work tirelessly to break down barriers of access to the arts, while also providing the tools, resources and support artists need to be successful.

WGC has existed for 15 years because of the dedicated and talented individuals who have given their time, passion and energy to fulfilling our mission. I can’t begin to thank the partners, community members, volunteers, donors and patrons that have not only helped WGC thrive, but me as well.

What’s next for me? I’ve got some exciting opportunities on the horizon and will still be heavily involved in the arts in Columbus.

Thank you for your fierce advocacy, friendship and support of our mission. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Wild Goose Creative.
