Get yourself a Nike Shoes

A short script about comparing apples with apples.

I used to buy shoes from Kmart & Target. They are fancy looking, trendy and more importantly cheap.

I loved wearing it the first day. Then, I forgot about it so soon. It was worn out within months, and at the end of 6 months, I was walking sideways as the soul worn out one side. I did not realise, that it was affecting my posture during walking, running and merely standing. Had a negative impact on my foot, knee and also the spine.

Then I bought a Nike Shoe. I loved the look and feel, and yes it was heck of a lot expensive than my cheap Kmart shoes. But 6 years now, and I have used the shoes for endless running, playing tennis, hiking, and mere everyday use (see the image above). Never felt better about getting out and about in my Nike. Ps: Im not a brand ambassador for Nike (Federer and other legends do this for Nike — thats their business).

The mere point I’m trying to make here is, the cheap Kmart stuff is also called as “shoes”, but its in no way the same. Thats the difference between a cheap product and a quality product. Xyz offering a pair shoes for $20 is not the same as a Nike shoes that is $200 — but yes, from the outside, they both are called as “shoes”.

My advice, go get a Nike shoes, there is no going back.

Cheers !
