You in You

The more connected you are to yourself, the more you feel you can talk to the YOU in you and come up with the solutions for the problems bothering you. You don’t need to ask anyone if what you’re doing or want to do is right or wrong. You can talk to yourself and know the answer to all the questions. The YOU inside you is the best one to know you and would take you in the right direction. It would end the conflicts between your mind and the heart.

The connection with Yourself is what needs to be worked upon and it comes only when you allow yourself to be alone and spend time with yourself.

The phrase “spending time with yourself” has lost it’s meaning with people interpreting it as going for shopping, eating by yourself and pampering yourself. These activities do not engage part of the inner you. These are not the ‘me time’ activities. They are ‘food and you’, ‘movie and you’, ‘shopping and you’. The me time activities should rather involve ‘yourself and you’. The activities that challenge your core. They let you know your weaknesses and strengths. They let you talk to your soul and help you cross each barrier and breaking all the boundations one by one. They help you polish yourself and becoming what you always aspired to be “The best version of yourself”.

So dig up all those activities which will help you find the “You in You”.
